Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your candles! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund.

Returns

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.

    • All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging.

Return Process

    1. Email us at info@marvelouslylit.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    2. After receiving your RMA, securely package your item and mail it to:

    3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds & Exchanges

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

    • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@marvelouslylit.com with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
